Just a short note to let you know what a great club Bloor Valley has become since the arrival of Excel!

In the ten years that I have been a member, staff morale has never been higher. From maintenance staff to personal trainers, Excel has developed a most cohesive group to support his efforts at making the club the best its ever been!

In addition, accolades to Excel for bringing Kwon Oh-Young onto his staff. Kwon actually goes around the floor helping, offering training tips and encouraging members with their workouts. Everyone asks " where's Kwon?" when he's not around. You have no idea how much members appreciate this member of your staff! This is a first for BV!!!

I am sure my sentiments are representative of the club. You have much to be proud of. Your recognition of the efforts put forth by Excel and his staff is highly recommended.
