To Kwon;

I had been suffering from chronic back pain, which prevented me from exercising regularly. When I first met with you to discuss my fitness goals, I told you I wanted to build strength and muscle tone in my chest and shoulders, and to lose body fat. But you urged me to hold off on these goals and suggested I correct my posture and alleviate my back pain before toning my upper body.

Kwon, you gave me a new jump to life when you gave me advice on proper eating habits and by showing and explaining how to improve my posture to loosen my upper back pain. Your use of pain release and muscle relaxation techniques allowed me to be pain-free when doing strengthening exercises, especially on my neck, back and abdominals.

With your training, I have seen great improvements in my flexibilit when stretching, particularly, my hamstrings and back.

You also helped me realize the importance of diet and fat loss, in relation to my diabetes, as well as, the importance of working out weak muscles in order to obtain good posture.

I was also impressed by your willingness to educate me so that I can workout with proper technique on my own, instead of relying on you.

Kwon, thanks for sharing your knowledge of sports medicine and general fitness.
It is because of your caring and advice that I am now able to keep good posture, maintain a healthy diet to control my diabetes and workout effectively on my own.

Thank you for introducing to me a healthier lifestyle.
I am reborn at the age of 49!
