I have been training with you for over a year, and I can
truthfully say you are the best personal trainer I have ever
encountered. I have always been particularly impressed by
your attention to proper technique and form.
During my sessions with you, I've noticed that you always
remain totally focused on my form and always makes good suggestions
for improvement. Unlike other trainers, you never get bored
or disinterested in helping me. Even after a year, you are
still attentive and can still find problems in my form, and
continue to correct me. You are very good at explaining the
proper form and demonstrating how an exercise should be done
properly. You are also beacon of motivation to helping me
maintain my health and fitness levels.
You have provided me with a balanced fitness routine that
includes cardiovascular, strengthen, flexibility and exercise.
Your stretching exercises for low back and hamstring have
been important to my increase in flexibility.
You have also cured me of my after-work fatigue by giving
me valuable advice on my diet, specifically the balance between
carbohydrates and protein intake.
Thanks to all of your knowledge and teaching in fitness and
nutrition. I feel much stronger, fitter and healthier than
I did a year ago. I am very grateful to you for your help.
