Dear Kwon:
I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for all that you have done in the last two and a half years. I have seen a transformation in my overall well-being. It was due to your training that I have a better lifestyle and a healthy balance between work and pleasure.

As you know, I had very high blood pressure and was 182 pounds. I was experiencing high levels of stress and was eating in a very unhealthy manner. My lifestyle did not include exercise and my meals consisted of fast food. I was on the road to self- destruction. Friends of mine had encouraged me to join the local gym but my fear of looking "unfit" and my lack of self-confidence kept me from joining.

Due to the severe chest pains, I visited my family doctor. He advised me of the severity of my condition and he clearly stated that I had to do something or face the many problems associated with heart disease. I finally built up the courage to visit Bloor Valley where I met you.

Kwon, I am extremely proud and surprised by my progress and accomplishments to date. I am fit and energetic. I now weigh 140 pounds and I have a regular exercise program due to your regular guidance and advice. My body flexibility is amazing. I am far more energetic, productive and extremely optimistic of the future. My blood pressure had dropped from 165/110 to 117/77. My blood pressure is the lowest it has ever been.

At times, when I was tempted to cheat, you had patience and yet you were firm. Your regular advice on nutrition allowed me to gradually change my diet in order to make healthy choices and avoid weight gain. Your trips with me to the grocery store allowed me the opportunity to learn how to properly read and interpret food labels. You also guided me in order to ensure that I was purchasing the right food items with the correct nutritional value.

Kwon, you have encouraged me to stay focused on my routines and to continue to press on during hard times. The training that we have done since August of 2001 has resulted in a sound knowledge of cardiovascular exercise and weight lifting routines. The routines make me feel proud of who I am. I would not have been able to do this without you.

Kwon, you have made a difference in my overall health, my fitness and my approach to life. I look forward to continuing our training and your continued support and guidance. You are truly a "master trainer". I consider myself really luck to have your support.
